Hi Max,
Thanks, I did as you suggested and removed future.html.

Hi Peter,
I tried two times now to send the following email to webmast...@www.gnu.org, but the address seems
to be dead and not accepting any delivery; after several days, each with a "timeout, trying
again", I finally got a "retry timeout exceeded".
Anyway, since I know that you are (were?) involved with libtool development, I
thought you might know a different way to deliver the message below to whoever
it might be suitable for :).
Cheers,
Max

Betreff: http://www.gnu.org/software/libtool/future.html is outdated
Dear webmasters of www.gnu.org,
as per the instructions at the bottom
of<http://www.gnu.org/software/libtool/future.html>, I am emailing you -- if
this the wrong address, I'd appreciate if you could let me know whom else to contact
about this matter.
The page<http://www.gnu.org/software/libtool/future.html> in questions is heavily
outdated. It talks about "future" developments of libtool, and with that means 1.5
and 1.6. But as you probably know, version 2.4.2 is the latest.
I guess it might be easiest to simply delete that page, unless some libtool
developers would like to update it with current content?
Best wishes,
Max
