But it does! Which autoreconf version are you using? Maybe it fails to detect that you're using Libtool? > It's obviously not ideal that using the > autoreconf defaults will cause breakage. Erm, they shouldn't by default. The typical problem is that Automake and Libtool have been installed in different prefixes.
