I don't know whether this is slightly off topic or not, I just
subscribed to this mailinglist.
We are currently looking for a packager who is able to create libraries
for different platforms (mac, windows, linux). The project itself,
called bpmcount (http://bpmcount.yellowcouch.org/) is a spinoff of BpmDj
(http://bpmdj.yellowcouch.org/) and aims to provide a beat per minute
counter though a well defined API. All algorithms are already
implemented. Our main challenge now is to create .so and .dll files for
different platforms and package these for different distributions. If
