Where did you get libtool-1.5.22.tar from? > Ive then CD to /usr/src/libtool-1.5.22 and ran ./configure , then "make" > and that's where the i get lost . here's what it says . > > Making all in . > make[1]1: Entering directory '/usr/src/libtool-1.5.22' > CONFIG_FILES=libtoolize CONFIG_HEADERS= /bin/sh ./config.status > config.status: creating libtoolize > config.status: executing depfiles commands > chmod +x libtoolize > make[1]1: *** No rule to make target 'libltdl/COPYING.LIB' , needed by > 'all-am'. Weird. Try http://ftp.gnu.org/gnu/libtool/libtool-1.5.22.tar.gz instead, it has all necessary files. If you can't download from the internet, the FSF has addresses you can order CDs from, please say so if you're interested. I wonder however what agnula did to its copy of libtool that it left out this file? Cheers, Ralf _______________________________________________ http://lists.gnu.org/mailman/listinfo/libtool
