Don't worry. Eventually, we'll hash this out with Alexandre and put a fix in Automake proper. If you use both $(FC) and libtool knows about it (and thus has, at the end of the script, a tag section for FC), omitting `--tag=FC' is harmless, adding it is merely an optimization.
