This is by far the more interesting bug as there are unlikely to be any more releases on branch-1-5, how does it fail?
Perhaps he is talking about CVS HEAD rather than branch-1-5? Failure of HEAD to compile under mingw would not surprise me since Gary has made significant changes to libltdl code and it probably has not been re-tested under WIN32.
