Or ANG:foo/bar?  Well, since this can't be used portably, there's not
much point in our trying to support it on any platform, I suppose.

I seem to recall we've already had to deal with -LANG:foo.  We'd test
whether ANG:foo existed and, if not, would assume it was a flag to be
passed to the compiler/linker.
