    ltmain.in: Fix reordering --as-needed
    
    Libtool was reordering flags like, --as-needed, which broke its usage,
    since the relevant libraries were no longer following the flag.

    * build-aux/ltmain.in: Add check for --as-needed and --no-as-needed
      flags.
