There are a couple things I’m working on that came up before release. Master 
has been stable for a while now if you’re looking to get jump on 1.9.1.  We are 
extremely short on eyes looking at and submitting PRs, issues, etc, so things 
are slow.

Lastly, Travis CI build times have been around 10 hours after submitting which 
is really slowing down PRs. I’d like to see someone move the builds over to 
Github actions.
