Indeed Norbert is right, I got this: /Applications/Xcode.app/Contents/Developer/Platforms/MacOSX.platform/Developer/SDKs/MacOSX10.8.sdk/usr/include/odbcinst.h and SQLWCHAR is defined as Norbert indicated.
