I guess the most burning issue right now is that sometimes the submission gets stuck and you need to manually push the change + mark the review as abandoned, which is ugly -- and IIRC this was fine in the past, it came in after some upgrade. I think Norbert has the exact details, sounds like an upstream bug. UI annoyance is much less problematic, at least for me.
