Unfortunately, calling setLocale() still produces a crash when locale is set to nl-NL (which it doesn't when locale is en-US); soffice.bin has an invalid pointer in munmap_chunk(). It makes me wonder if this [mess] may have been the reason why long ago the add-in functions were excluded when changing the formula language...
