We need to pass something that $(dir) can strip as file part. % is just
convenient. I.e., the calls will expand as follows:

$(dir $(call gb_AutoInstallLibs_get_target,%))
->
$(dir $(WORKDIR)/AutoInstallLibs/%)
->
$(WORKDIR)/AutoInstallLibs/
