An ASSIGNED bug with nobody in the "Assigned" field is logically not
correct. But if you have a closer look at Comment 8
(https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=64298#c8) you'll see
there's a link to a patch on gerrit
https://gerrit.libreoffice.org/#/c/3849/ . The history of the bug report
(https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_activity.cgi?id=64298) also shows
that the bug reporter changed it by himself.
So he reported and is currently working on it by himself. Therefore we
can ask him to "Assign" himself to the bug report too. It's quite
unlikely in this case, but in then none will work on it "accidentally"
too for sure (and do duplicate work).
You mind write a comment there to the bug reporter?
