The headers from the redland module are no longer copied ("delivered")
to the solver directory, but used from their source directories (in
the workdir/*/UnpackedTarball directory). See
7be158cd53aa7d05a903f566d6148dbfae6e3fbb .
The master branch by definition is where all kinds of development
happens. Occasionally this means breaking incremental rebuilds, making
a "make clean" or "make FOO.clean" or other manual intervention
necessary.
