I am in the process of filing the proposal for the LibreOffice DevRoom @ FOSDEM 2013 (first weekend of February). If possible, I would use the format adopted in 2011 and 2012, but I have not been involved in that process. Is anyone able to send me the message sent to FOSDEM last year? Otherwise I will try to do it on my own.
