Just opened the following bug report :

The application cannot be started.
LOdev user installation could not be processed due to missing access rights.
Please make sure that you have sufficient access rights for the following
location and restart LOdev:
/home/alex/.config/lodev/3
sounds like user profile shenanigans again...
What rights could possibly have changed in my LO user profile since
yesterday and this morning ? I certainly didn't change anything.
