How to generate a Gallery with relative links

In order to update the Bullets gallery [1,2] I recreated the respective gallery but the only way to do so is by adding the files into a new gallery. This leads to absolute links that reflect the file position on my system [3]. The gallery files bullet.sdg and .thm are binary [4]. Armin seems to be the last who successfully generated a sdg file [5].
