I cannot run Python tests on Windows/Cygwin. Thus I want to try whether
running Python tests is possible with a Linux build in WSL2/Ubuntu.
Is it possible?
I tried to follow the steps in
https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/Development/BuildingOnWSL
But there I stumbled about some things. I have added questions on the
Discuss-page.
Are there problems, when I edit files using Notepad++? That would be
editing outside of WSL2/Ubuntu and saving e.g. to
\\wsl.localhost\Ubuntu\home\regina\libreoffice\autogen.input
I ask, because I'm used to Notepad++ and VSCode would be new for me.
I don't normally work with Linux and therefore have very little
experience with it. Please take this into account in your answers.
