Update git submodules
* Update translations from branch 'master'
to 9fd04ff05d56c5da0e98f39274670fba3f63ebb0
- manually add missing sl/sdext/messages.po
should fix the build-break after the move of the presentation minimizer
strings in core's f86a784f8fb1f5bf0a14d723855ad6ad9d342532
(had a temporary workaround to ignore the tranlsations fo it that got
reverted with 4b1ef239c415014f0cfbb3768197f683aa8b9bb7 )
