Dear LibreOffice / The Document Foundation team,

My name is Maksim, and I would like to express my appreciation for your
outstanding productivity suite, LibreOffice — a free, open-source, and powerful
office software fully compatible with numerous file formats, including .docx,
.xlsx, .pptx, and the open ODF standard.
Its open-source nature and cross-platform availability make it one of the most
important tools in the field of personal and professional productivity.

However, while LibreOffice is fully available for desktop (Windows, macOS,
Linux) and includes essential components such as Writer, Calc, Impress, Draw,
Base, and Math, there is currently no official and fully optimized mobile
versionfor iOS and Android devices.

For this reason, I would like to kindly propose the development and release of
an official LibreOffice mobile app for iOS and Android, with the following
suggested features:

  * A touch-friendly and responsive user interface optimized for smaller
screens, while keeping the core functionality of the suite (text editing,
spreadsheets, presentations, drawings, and formulas).

  * Full compatibility and synchronization with documents created on
LibreOffice desktop (ODF formats) and Microsoft Office files (.docx, .xlsx,
.pptx).

  * Integration with cloud and local storage options, allowing users to edit,
save, and share documents on the go.

  * Commitment to the Free & Open Source Software (FOSS) philosophy —
ensuring transparency, privacy, and user freedom without hidden costs.

  * Multi-language support and a consistent interface aligned with the
desktop version.

I truly believe that an official LibreOffice mobile version would greatly
strengthen your ecosystem, empowering users and professionals to work
efficiently from anywhere, while maintaining the freedom and openness that
define LibreOffice.

Thank you for your attention and for all the incredible work you have
accomplished so far.

Kind regards,
Maksim
