Update git submodules
* Update helpcontent2 from branch 'master'

- tdf#156208 Improve help on dimension lines
+ Added an image with a legend mapping to the left part of
dimension line properties dialog.
+ Guide overhang and Guide distance texts were swapped. Extended tips
needs to be fixed too, in a proper patch in core/
+ Refactor "To access this command".
