Extend the scope of uno:Repeat

Bug 165516 [1] requests to add the Repeat command known from Writer in Impress. The idea is probably to always pick the last command as listed under Undo and reapply it. Unfortunately it's not working like this and Repeat is always disabled. Now I wonder if we have to resolve the request as WONTFIX or if the expectation is legitimate and we aim to extend the scope for Repeat - not only in Impress then.
