CppunitTest_sd_png_export_tests fails in debug build

Hi,

CppunitTest_sd_png_export_tests fails for me
in
  testNoAntiAliasExport
- Expected: 2
- Actual  : 9
and in
  testTdf162259
- Expected greater than: 350
- Actual  : 325

Both tests use sd/qa/unit/data/svg/tdf162259.svg

I build with --disable-skia.

Windows 11, VS 2022, cygwin, default 96 dpi.
