the patch in https://gerrit.libreoffice.org/c/core/+/172019
for tdf#153421 "On windows, the picture croping tool miss the bottom
left handle when scaling higher than 100%"
solves the problem for me on Windows 11. But I cannot test other
operating systems. Perhaps you have some time for it?
(1) The bug report does not mention, whether it is a problem for other
OS than Windows at all. Is the problem there too?
(2) Does the patch solves the bug on other OS than Windows (if there is
a bug) and does not introduce new problems?
