Hello Björn, Petr, can you please have a look at the stuff I've done in feature/masterpages. To be quite honest, I haven't tried building with it yet, so I don't know if Bright Blue works now from the template dialogue or not. Otherwise, though I tried to do everything Petr asked us to.
Also, I've removed a number of master pages, usually for size or license reasons (Ron Faile hasn't given us a license statement, Mateus only gave us one for a single template).
