eg: https://github.com/flywire/libreoffice-code-highlighter/blob/styleoption/.github/workflows/build-dev-version.yml but tweaked to release an *.oxt instead of a *.zip External libraries are an integral part of python and lo does not directly support them. https://github.com/Amourspirit/python-libreoffice-pip addresses that need but it would be better if it built in an action rather than externally.
