sw uiconfig: add README to explain the different menus Inspired by tdf#126379, where a Master Document does not use the notebookbar UI - even though it is clearly Writer. So now I finally know what sglobal is for. I had been wanting this information for some time now. So I did a bit of experimenting and verified my information. (I'm not compiling with database support, so I couldn't prove those two, but what else could they be?)
