MSVC: use the newer conformant preprocessor As explained in the /Zc:preprocessor documentation [1], it enables "a token-based preprocessor that conforms to C99 and C++11 and later standards", available since Visual Studio 2019 version 16.5. It helps to workaround an IntelliSense bug [2], which disables highlighting and code completion in the IDE integration when certain Boost libraries are included; but using a better preprocessor can't hurt in general, right?
