it would be great if an expert could add some brief notes on

questions:
- Is it allowed/possible/useful to use the same User Profile with
more than 1 User?
- Is it allowed/useful/ to use the same User Profile with
different LibO Versions?
If Yes:
-- What are the risks?
-- what factors have to be considered
Reason for my demand is

documents open "semi read only
