IsSymbolFont means that its a Windows Symbol Encoding so kCTFontSymbolicClass doesn't fulfil that meaning, if we want something more generic to indicate that a font is only useful for "icons, dingbats, technical symbols, and so on." then we need a different thing. Its baked in everywhere else that a "SymbolFont" uses RTL_TEXTENCODING_SYMBOL.
