Can we take this as application of

Right, Krzysztof Hałasa <khal...@piap.pl>, or in pure ASCII, Krzysztof Halasa.
Or you can submit it under your own name, it's so trivial so there is no
difference for me.

Sure:
All of my past & future contributions to LibreOffice may be
licensed under the MPLv2/LGPLv3+ dual license.
