Update git submodules
* Update helpcontent2 from branch 'master'
to dacdc705fa872112af67b9c38eb56d3656bf20e8
- tdf#135668 - repair links in outline content visibility help page
+ some Navigators uses "arrows" instead of + and - to indicate
expanding and collapsing headings, so added this possibility
