Resolves: tdf#137141 - update Position and Size tab help for "Position"
- add explanation about origin for Calc,
and <note> about right-to-left tables
- add <note> about about origin for Draw and Impress
- revise explanation of base point
- add <note> about base point
(revised explanations and notes with Regina's guidance)
