We are getting conflicting results concerning

For some, playing pauses, if you click the time slider. For others,
paused state turns to playing, when you click the time slider.
Noel commented on IRC today:
"...lots of threading state involved. Could be a timing issue, too, e.g.
faster/slower CPU changes things"
Martin experiences the originally reported behaviour and has a patch to
fix it: https://gerrit.libreoffice.org/c/core/+/97644
Ideas welcome.
