Since you already retrieved the code, built it and patched it, you only have
to:
- send an email about license statement
- create a gerrit account
- submit the patch with your gerrit account.
Adrian is proposing the patch for cppunit project itself, but indeed the
patch should be sent to gerrit cppunit repo.
