So should the CMS_DLL thing in the patch be done just for MSVC then? Or would it be cleaner to just patch out the use of stdcall completely instead? We don't promise that our build of the lsmc2 dll would be binary compatible with anybody else's build of it, do we? (Which is why we should use a more unique name for it, of course... to avoid clashes with potential other installations of a lcms2.dll with different API or ABI.)
