Sure, there's even a rule for this: in solenv/gbuild/UIConfig.mk disable the -s parameter and enable the -g parameter in gb_UIConfig_gla11y_PARAMETERS, touch bin/gla11y, and run make UIConfig. That will just regenerate all the suppr files.
