The patch is good-ish, nevertheless, the place to fix it is actually in the makefile.mk where one just extends for the purpose of that BUILD_ACTION the SOLARINC variable adding this directory.
I fixed it now in master in order to make it consistent with what is done in the linux case.
But yes, your patch is correct and most appreciated. Sorry for fixing it differently :(
