this indicates that loading the "fail/crash-1.jpg" was expected to fail because it's an invalid file, but it did succeed, which is unexpected.

possibly this is due to your use of system libjpeg instead of the bundled one.

depending on how exactly the file is invalid, it might be best to move it from the "fail" directory to "indeterminate"; that's a question for Caolán i guess.
