I think that especially for the Windows platform it was an incredible evolution since a couple of months ago (when it wasn't even possible to successfully compile) to arrive at this almost stable Beta1 :) Kudos to all developers! BTW I do hope that bug 43422 (https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=43422) can be fixed before Beta2 :) It is really a show stopper!
