I have studied quite some sources now and have come to the conclusion that there are 2 views: -a generally shared view that is the same as ODFF1.2. This includes MariaDB SQL. -a Microsoft view that partial weeks are used. This conflicts a.o. with the Islamitic week numbering system. I have closed the bug report as NOTOURBUG.
