bit hard to tell without looking at the code - but
svx/source/unodraw/unoprov.cxx / svx/inc/svx/unoshprp.hxx has lots
of property handling code, it's start poking there.
With your help the property is written to file now :) I had missed the
file unoshprp.hxx totally and in sdpropls.cxx I had forgotten the
PropertyHandler.
