Yes, but it might still be a good idea - was just aiming for a
minimal fix for 3.4. Would you want to have a deeper look, I was
just playing with undo to trigger that code - likely there are other
code paths to test?

Sadly this whole graphic subsystem works mostly by coincidence ...
