FWIW, IIRC the page was created as a testballoon as some requested a "vote" feature in bugzilla. I take the fact that the page isnt in a good state as a sign that test balloon has crashed because it didnt provide useful feedback/selections for our decentralized development effort. So Id say, yeah, lets bury this.
