Could someone with access to Windows/MSVC build please update cppuhelper/source/msvc_win32_intel.map ? You need to make the "equivalent changes" as section UDK_3.8 in gcc3.map, following the revert of the recent changes there by Kohei and the introduction of OPropertySetHelper2.
I made some changes based on guessing the MSVC name mangling format, but you'll need to check them, and my changes are nearly certainly incomplete.
