You're on a higher debug level that "standard" I think. You probably need to get backtraces, and get a debugger in there, so... http://wiki.documentfoundation.org/Development/FAQ#The_smoketest_failed.2C_how_do_I_debug_that except gdb and attach the running process before you press the run-macro button, and you can add breakpoints at the above lines, or directly to the assert output line in sal somewhere. The encoding one looks an interesting nasty. The libjava_uno.so one might be an artifact of the "linkoo" make dev-install magic.
