Hi, Is there any simple, boilerplate way in bugzilla for reporters to tell whether the observed behavior of LibO 5 on 64-bit Windows is actually about x86 or x86-64 version (or both)? Current combination of fields "Version"/"Hardware"/"OS" does not suffice for the purpose.
For example, the reporter of [1] said that the crash happens with x86-64 version but not with x86 one on 64-bit Windows [2]. So I suppose that it is due to loading 32-bit TWAIN library, and that it would be helpful to clarify which one of the two version is described in some other issues on 64-bit Windows.
