And 971adcd9e19e0bcab5855aae9be58d2203b46169 now stops the layout crash with tables in footnotes. Writer can't really have tables in footnotes, I can't remember what sort of hackery we have in doc/rtf to avoid that happening in those formats. Anyway, by my count (which will probably be a little ahead of the next crash test report) that finally makes no import crashes/asserts out of approx 76 thousand input files.
