Add bug #49514 - Search/Find "continue at the beginning" ignores previous
footnotes (regression).
This bug breaks trust in a basic function and is especially bad since users
might not even realize anything is wrong. I've even submitted papers with
obvious errors that could have easily been caught if search/find worked
correctly.
